CRM/Digital Marketing Associate
- Monitor all Social Media Platform (LinkedIn, FaceBook, etc) and build the CRM accounts through all previous and recurring social media campaigns.
- Responsible for content calendar management. Work with the Marketing Team to build, manage and execute content calendar across the year.
- Collaborate with Sales Team in redirecting sales enquiries, building CRM contacts, etc.
- Responsible for content development and execution. Develop effective content to optimise Channel performance (e.g. improve open rates/ conversion rates/ opt-in rates/ social engagement rates etc.)
- Minimum 3 years in digital marketing, especially CRM
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant subject
- Vested interest and competency (the know-how of) in digital and social media marketing, staying on-trend with digital and social channel changes
- Native Cantonese and English speaker and writer
