Cut Helpdesk Tickets by 60%
Resolve most everyday IT issues instantly with a simple reboot, which restores systems to a clean state. Users won’t lose work, as Cloud Sync automatically backs up files to Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox.
Maximise Your Hardware Investment
IT hardware is costly, and performance declines over time. Deep Freeze minimises slowdowns by restoring devices to an optimal state on every reboot, ensuring a fast and reliable user experience.
Ideal For
- Educational institutions managing classroom and lab computers
- Retail organizations securing point-of-sale computers
- Healthcare providers protecting patient data on shared devices
- Government agencies requiring critical operations computer integrity
- IT teams managing computer labs, libraries, and shared workstations
- Enterprises seeking to reduce helpdesk tickets and IT support costs
Reboot to restore
Eliminate workstation damage by automatically returning computers to their pristine configuration on restart. This is Deep Freeze’s core capability — every reboot wipes changes and restores the original state.
ThawSpace
Create persistent storage areas that retain data between restarts while the rest of the system is protected. ThawSpace lets users save files that must persist across reboots.
Scheduling
Schedule maintenance, updates, and reboots during off-hours to minimise disruption. IT teams can automate routine tasks without impacting users during working hours.
Cloud console
Manage all endpoints from a central cloud console that can be accessed from anywhere. The cloud console provides visibility into device health, compliance status, and maintenance tasks.
Workstation grouping
Organize and manage computers in logical groups for easier administration. Grouping simplifies policy application and reporting across large fleets.
Enterprise integration
Seamlessly integrate with Active Directory and other enterprise systems. Deep Freeze fits into existing IT infrastructure without disruption.

License Activation

Workstations must connect to the Faronics Activation server via the local console or Enterprise Console when an Internet connection is available. Failure to activate within 30 days will expire the product and prevent the workstation from rebooting into a Frozen state.

If the console does not activate the workstation within 24 hours, the workstation connects directly to the Faronics Activation Server. | Workstations managed by Enterprise Console |
